The agreement between you and us when you use RiskKit.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
RiskKit is provided by PSA Studio (operated by Paul Smith, a sole trader based in Ayrshire, Scotland). By using RiskKit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
RiskKit is risk assessment software. We improve it continually, so features may change over time. If we plan to remove something you rely on, we will tell you first.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. Please keep your details accurate, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Please do not use RiskKit to break the law, to store other people’s data without a proper reason, or to attempt to disrupt the service for anyone else.
Prices are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for time already used, but if something has gone genuinely wrong, tell us and we will sort it out.
Whatever you put into RiskKit remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. You can ask for an export at any time.
We work hard to keep RiskKit available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never contain a mistake. It is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using RiskKit whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used in a way that breaks these terms, and we will explain why.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
